Start with the work, not the tools

Maybe meeting follow-ups take too long. Maybe you prepare the same client brief every week, or the answer you need is buried in old documents. We start with one job like that and look at the time, effort and mistakes involved today.

The answer might be an off-the-shelf tool, a better way to use what you already have, or a small workflow built around your information. You do not need to learn a new system before getting a useful result.

How we can work together

• AI assessment. We examine your working day, choose the most promising opportunities and agree on a practical first step. You get a useful diagnosis even if we do not build anything together.
• AI concierge. We implement one workflow at a time, test it in your real work and improve it with you. The scope, working sessions and support are agreed in writing.
• Knowledge base. If useful information is scattered across people and documents, we can organise it so you and your AI tools can find the right context. This is optional, not the starting point for everyone.

The first step is a conversation

1. Bring one recurring task that takes more time or attention than it should.
2. We discuss whether AI is likely to help and what a paid assessment would cover.
3. If it is a fit, you receive a written scope and price before any paid work begins.

No software migration or system access is needed for the first conversation. I work with the tools and information you authorise for a project.
